BOYCE and SALLY STALTER

Blessed in marriage 1986, have 3 sons and 3 grand daughters and one great grandson and live on their retirement property of 20 acres in Huntsville, Texas.  

BOYCE - worked in the chemical industry for DuPont for 37 yrs. and retired as Production Supervisor over the Power and Utilities Section as well as over the Sulfuric Acid Unit. Boyce returned to work once they moved to Huntsville and worked for TDCJ as an Environmental Supervisor @ the Ellis Unit.  Coming out of retirement once again he is currently working part time for Bauer Manufacturing, Inc., a German Company, that manufactures drilling rigs and is located in Conroe.  Boyce is their Health, Safety & Environmental Manager. He served for 3 yrs. as the Director of Region 4 for South Central Llama Association (SCLA) and as a member and Captain of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo (HLSR) Llama Committee for the past 15 years and he is now a lifetime member of HLSR. His hobbies and interests are classic cars, wood work, gardening, travel and "Driving and Writing Checks" to support the wife he loves dearly!  

SALLY - educational background is in elementary education - teaching first grade for only a short period before starting a family and then in 1976 pursued a career in nursing. Retired from Harris County Health Department both as a Public Health Nurse and HIV Counselor/Educator after 21 yrs. Sally returned to work once they moved to Huntsville and worked both as a preventive care nurse and as Office Manager for two Internal Medicine Physicians.  At the present she is working part time as a nurse for Thee Hospice in Huntsville. She is a past President of SCLA (South Central Llama Association), a five state llama organization, and is presently a member of the Huntsville Spindleers, a group of 50 + fiber artist who love to spin, knit and share their knowledge with newcomers to the group.

Boyce and Sally - are members of the American Donkey & Mule Society, American Council on Spotted Asses and the Colored Angora Goat Breeders Association. Boyce is also a lifetime member of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo. They take pride and place ethics as a priority in their breeding program of their donkeys and goats. Of most importance to them is the physical care of all their animals, education to new owners and continuous follow up support. They welcome you to visit them and meet their animals @ their beautiful farm in Huntsville, TX about an hour drive from Houston. Y'all Come!
